Inspiration
Japanese paper, finished in urushi lacquer by Taiichi Kirimoto, seventh generation of Wajima Kirimoto, a family dedicated to wood and lacquer craft in Wajima, Ishikawa, for over two centuries. Each layer is applied by hand, building a surface that deepens in luster over time. Light enough to travel, durable enough to last generations.
