kataoka is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and lasting value to our customers. That's why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all kataoka creations. It covers breakage or malfunction under normal use, resulting from defects in material or craftsmanship. We stand behind our creations and will either repair or, at our discretion, replace any defective kataoka piece with the same or, if unavailable, a comparable design.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, loss, or theft. Additionally, kataoka does not approve of or endorse any third-party alterations to your kataoka jewelry, and such changes will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
